I never knew pre diabetes exists and if it were not for my high levels of glucose, I would not have to start a pre diabetes diet. I learned that I would need to start eating healthier foods, which I must admit that I am not that keen to start. Apparently, I must start eating whole grains such as muesli, granola, millet, whole barley, whole wheat, brown rice, and anything that falls under that category. The only time I would ever eat granola or muesli bars is if they have bits and pieces of chocolates in them. I suppose I could always add no-sugar added chocolates and muesli to my yogurt every morning. I do not have a problem with eating tons of vegetables because I enjoy biting on carrot sticks and munching on asparagus every day.
